"You know how I hate having to get my car fixed or serviced, but that is history because I found a mechanic who actually does what he says he will do, AND he is an honest mechanic to boot!!! No more questionable service charges or inflated prices for parts--my new mechanic is the real deal. I almost hate to have to share him, but too many women need an honest, licensed mechanic to take care of their cars. Hey, not only is the mechanic a great guy, but so is everyone else in the garage at Mill Street Tire. They're all a great bunch of guys--by that I mean polite, well mannered, and they really know how to take care of my car. They can all explain things so it makes sense to ME so two minutes later I actually know what is and isn't wrong with my car. My car never had it so good."

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you. I visited your store on Saturday and got four new tires. The service was excellent and the pricing was quite reasonable.
I was driving home last night in the storm and passing by accident after accident. But, there I was, with great traction from my new tires and feeling safe. I just wanted you to know that what you do matters.

Honorable: I had them investigate scuffing noises in my boat trailer wheels. They called me to recommend that I take it to a trailer shop for a complete re-do; it would cost me less than if they did it since they would buy the materials from them anyway. I paid a small fee for their time to dismantle, inspect and reassemble. Later that day they called me and said that since they had not actually done any work for me, they were canceling that invoice and refunding my money. My jaw dropped. Good people there.
